Continuous support for pregnancy and birth.
Birth is not something to “get through”. It’s something you deserve to feel supported in. As your birth doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after labor.
This includes:
Complementary pre-hire meeting to make sure we are a good fit
Two prenatal visits focused on your values, preferences, and questions
Support through text throughout your pregnancy
Community resource recommendations
Access to a growing lending library
On call two weeks prior to your due date
Continuous labor and birth support
Comfort measures and grounding techniques
Support navigating informed consent and decision-making
Partner support and reassurance
Support two hours postpartum
A postpartum check-in to help you process and transition

Founding Client Rate
I’m currently offering a reduced rate as I complete my certification hours. This rate reflects full, professional birth support and is available for a limited number of families.
Virtual Birth Support
Investment: $450
Support, wherever you are.
Virtual support is a great option for families who want guidance, reassurance, and a calm presence but may not need or want in-person birth support.
Virtual support can include:

Two virtual prenatal visits focused on your values, preferences, and questions
Support through text throughout your pregnancy
Virtual continuous support during labor
Partner support and reassurance
Emotional reassurance and grounding techniques
Support for partners navigating labor support
Support postpartum
A postpartum check-in to help you process and transition
This option is especially helpful for those seeking flexible, accessible support.
Birth Consultation
Investment: $125
A single up to 90 minute session to help you feel informed and confident.
Birth consultations are perfect if you’re navigating big decisions, feeling overwhelmed by information, or wanting to talk through options with someone in your corner.
Consultations may include:
Clarifying your birth preferences and priorities
Talking through interventions or recommendations using tools like B.R.A.I.N.
Preparing for conversations with your care provider
Processing fears or past birth experiences
These sessions are designed to help you slow things down and move forward with clarity and confidence.
